The loan system adopted at Chelsea Football club recently has drawn a lot of talking points. Many pundits see the clubs loan system as abuse of the entire loan system. Most argued that most of the Chelsea players on loan will never make it to their first team.

Chelsea has one of the best Football academies in England but only John Terry has made it through the ranks at Stamford Bridge.  The club keeps spending on finished products in every transfer window.

Players from Chelsea Academy has dominated Youth football in England and Europe in the recent period but none seem to have a chance in the first team. The only Player currently knocking at the door is young English Midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

I think that most of the Chelsea Loan Players have what it takes to play for the first team. What do you make of the Chelsea loan system as well all the Chelsea Players on Loan?
