The Clarendon Fund offers around 130 new fully funded scholarships every year to academically excellent graduate students from all over the world including those from the UK and EU. It was established in 2001 and is the largest scholarship program at the University of Oxford. Clarendon Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence and potential across all degree-bearing subjects at graduate level of University of Oxford. Scholarship Provider: The Claredon Fund is a fully funded scholarship provided by the Claredon fund, University of Oxford, UK.

Eligibility and Criteria: Clarendon Fund Scholarships are tenable in all subject areas and open to candidates who will be starting a new course. Candidates applying to start a new graduate course at Oxford are eligible. This includes students who are currently studying for a Master’s degree at Oxford but who will be re-applying for a DPhil (you would be eligible for funding for the DPhil).

Scholarship value: Fully Funded Scholarship. Covers your tuition, college fees and also a generous grant for living expenses.

Target Nationalities: All nationalitis including the UK and EU.

Duration: Clarendon Fund Scholarships are offered for the full period that you are liable to pay tuition fees to the University, usually the duration of your course.

Level and Area of Studies: Masters and PhD programs.  All full-time and part-time Master’s courses (MSt, MSc, BCL/MJur, MBA, MFE, MPhil, BPhil, MSc by Research, MTh) and all DPhil programmes.
