GLO DND Features

The Glo DND has two main features as shown below:

The Glo full blocking mode which allows Glo customers to opt-out completely of every unsolicited third party messages. This feature allows you to block unwanted messages, IVR, OTPs and calls. from Glo completely. The second is the partial blocking feature in which you can choose to receive some messages based on categories. Every category not selected is automatically blocked.

How to Activate Glo Do Not Disturb – How to Stop Unwanted Messages from Glo 

To stop unwanted messages from Glo, you will have to activate DND on your Glo line. When you activate DND on GLO line, it means you have successfully blocked unwanted messages from Glo.

To activate DND on Glo, text STOP to 2442 to stop your Glo line from receiving all third-party IVR, OTPs text messages and calls.

How to Deactivate DND On Glo

When you deactivate do not disturb on your line, it means you have permitted Glo to send you third-party all third-party IVR, OTPs calls and messages.

To deactivate DND on Glo line, text ALLOW to 2442 to start receiving all third-party IVR, OTPs calls and messages.

The following SMS keywords can be used to set your Glo Do Not Disturb preferences for partial blocking mode:

  1. “ALLOW” for to start receiving all SMS and calls
